Remodeled in 2015 these items installed new;Interior finishes, cabinets, engineered flooring, 2 fantastic fans, bathroom fan, toilet, plumbing (waste in PVC and water lines done in PEC's), electrical fixtures, switches and outlets, adjustable wall mount flat screen t v, Winegard antenna, Atwood water heater, water pump, refrigerator, Inteli-power inverter, mattress, batteries, resealed all roof penetrations, insulation.2016 new; tires, 3" lift, shocks, propane tanks2018 new; MicrowaveThe 3" lift really helps. There is storage under the bed and from the little outside doors. The underside is sheeted with 3/16" aluminum sheets rather than the flimsy sheet metal that comes with the unit. Its a used trailer so a couple things, there are a couple dents in the front and above the Airstream logo in the back the metal is a wrinkled. The flooring has some separation at a few joints. For the most part it is a solid unit. All the work is done so you can just enjoy.
