Addition features include 5,000 Kw Generator, Roof rack and ladder, Tilt Wheel/Cruise Control, Dash fans, TV/Backup Camera, Front Curtain, Arm chair, 1 Roof A/C, Day/Night room darkening shades, Walk thru Bath, Shower textured-glass door w/skylight, Heated storage tanks, Electric step, Front 26" TV, Cable TV Jack, TV Antenna, Stereo System, Non smokers, No Pets.This well maintained 36' Class A Motorhome is a tremendous value! This coach is fully equipped including; open floor plan with tons of storage, rear private master bedroom with walk around island queen bed, the kitchen is nicely appointed and includes a range with oven and microwave. The bathroom is large and private. Also includes an centrally ducted heat and a/c, on-board Onan 5000 generator, rear view camera and monitor.Brand new battiers, main and coach. Generator just serviced. New awning in 2007, new tires in 2009 with very low mileage on them. Minor crack in driver's side windshield. Electric step needs minor motor repaired/replacement.
