Our trailer is in great shape and would probably give it an 8+. A teacher and a firefighter owned it before us. They did wine tours and were immaculate people. It's been stored inside and we have taken good care of it too. I would say the carpet is a 3-4. Somehow there is a stain between the carpet and linoleum. I've tried to clean it but it won't come out. It needs a new rv/small microwave, but I don't use microwaves anyway. It has the wonderful smooth fiberglass outside, insulated tanks, rubber roof, one slide out, etc. So it can be used in all weather conditions. It's been to Florida twice and it pulls really nice. Fits into a lot of camp sites. We are asking $9000 and we paid $10,500 for it.
