this is a Chevy chassis 454 engine automatic transmission runs well have folder full of receipts including engine overhaul . I do not have time to use and need to sell it asap. I am not the original owner. comes with a generator. I can tell you that the structure is solid walls ceiling floors etc and that it runs and handles great but I did not have time to get into what repairs it may need. I know the AIR CONDITIONED unit works great. 1st $2500 gets this unit don't delay taking to auction this week if not sold .
