Body can take some straightening and a fresh coat of paint if you mind outside appearance but very minimal rust on body. Front end underneath where front bumper is attached to the frame has some rust issue, as far as I know structural strength is not compromised, I guess no one can expect show room conditions from this age.Living Area Featuring:Hot water, Fresh, Gray and Black Tank. Microwave, 2 Burner Stove, Exhaust Extructor Hood, Sink, Bathroom, Shower, King Size Bed, 5,000BTU digital Air Conditioning with remote in Living Area, Refrigerator with Freezer, Pantry, Closet, Privacy room/Changing Room/ 2 Swivel Captains Chairs, Propane Generator, Power Roof Vent upgraded to MaxxAir, 3 Way Power Sources (AC/DC/Propane), Power Converter, 16,000 BTU Furnace with thermostat, 7 gals Built in Propane Refillable Tank, Built in 110 V AC and Awning.Runs like a champ. ODO has 225k but you should not be concerned since recently fitted NEW remanifactured engine and NEW remanifactured tranny by Street Smart, still under warranty.This is a hard to find model, instead of 3rd seat, you can enjoy the benefit of a full size cabinet with 6 shelves and two deep drawers. There is an eco propane generator on board runs everything ac etc but NOT the microwave you need shore power for that. There is also a fast 35ah 3 stage charger and two deep cycle battery.No solar but new EPEVER iPower-Plus Inverter included in price.
