Engine compartment lined with mouse proof heat and sound resistant material.. New cabin filter.. Some new hoses... 2 brand new coach batteries Brand New engine battery New LED front headlights... New LED interior coach Lights Generator in good condition... Roof air conditioner blows nice and cold... I have all the manuals and then some ,some are hard to find... I have kept very good notes... also All the part numbers and where they were purchased With the original boxes they came in Cab air conditioning blowing hot need to check that out this week... I installed Vinyl plank flooring... 2 nice large cabinets where the 2nd set of Passenger seats were... Has single bed in back where original table was for now.. Can be converted to Queen maybe king Bed... I have created lots of new Temporary storage- can stay or go... Microwave.. Electric fridge, converts to propane and 12v. Propane stove works well Installed new kitchen faucet with spray head that reaches to the outside... toilet works well.. Has indoor and outdoor shower as well Has a propane kit added to the tank so you can just add a 5gallon tank if you like Instead of pulling out and going to town for your Propane A 30 50 amp electric Plug in -put on The back of motor home so you don't have to Hook and unhook your generator cord every time you want to plug in.. its very very convenient... This is a very mechanically sound vehicle... Pulls the uphill grades and passes at about 65 to75 Has a cruising sweet spot At about 75 Or 80... Our guru Brad Downs from the ROGA (Rialta owner's group of America) Has Help me, Advised me and worked on my vehicle for the past 5 year.. Couldn't have done it without him... I am on the road everyday so this vehicle has to be in top running condition... I am a boondocker so all things work... Love the solar power.. Reason for letting go?
