2000 Itasca Spirit byWinnebago: VIN # 1FDXE45S4YHA39779. ClassC camper RV built by Winnebago on Ford Econoline body, E-450 super duty, 50,500actual miles. Model includes generator, water heater, roof air, awning,gas/electric refrigerator. Sleeps 6: Queen bed at rear, sleeping loft abovecab, dinette can become bed. Condition: New tires in 2019, new awning in 2019. Waterheater, water pump, refrigerator, AC allwork. I have not checked generator. (I have had several RV's in the past 23 yearsand have only used a generator once.) Exterior is not as pretty as it could be. Paint faded, Nomajor damage, however there is a tear in the panel above the passenger side door- see image, some gaps along edges of exterior panels - see images, Interior is in good condition with normal wear but no majorflaws. I do not find any leaks, no mold, no smoke odor (we arenon-smokers). Vehicle: Engine startsright up and runs fine, muffler/exhaustlook to be functioning well, I detect no leaks, brakes seem fine, windshieldwipers need to be replaced. I have a clear titleand current tags, no problem. Overall: Other small flaws commensurate with being a usedcamper 20+ years old. My wife and I were still quite comfortable camping in itlast fall but I am now pushing 80 years old so it is getting to be a bit muchjust to get ready to go places. I hopethe new owner has as much fun and adventure with it as we have had.
