2002 Titanium 28E33SB 5th wheel trailer. Never smoked in. Were the second owner of this Titanium trailer. This premium Canadian-made trailer is solid, well-insulated, and well-built. Its been a joy to own compared to the other RVs weve owned, including that its much quieter inside, especially during inclement weather. The unique design allows better wind resistance, towing stability, and gives it the ability to live like a 33 footer but tow like a 28 footer. Has landing leg stabilization system installed. Nice, sturdy cover. Owners manual from Glendale along w/ appliance & fixture documentation. I will include the 5th wheel hitch if desired but you will need hitch rails & trailer wiring (including brakes) for your truck if you dont have them. Weve spent winters on the Gulf Coast and have thoroughly enjoyed spending 3-4 months at a time in this trailer. Our beloved winter home has been very comfortable for two adults and we have only decided to sell to replace it w/ a motor home. Weve worked very hard to make tasteful & practical improvements using new quality parts & materials and have it look professional and not hacked up. There is a small amount of delamination on the front right side that is cosmetic and not structural or a sign of abuse or water leaks. The price is somewhat negotiable.
