Has a little UNDER 55K miles on a Cat Diesel, and Allison transmission. I am the 2nd owner, put less than 1K miles on it in 4 Indiana State Parks. I traveled around the country in a 35' Forza, there is no comparison between the two. All 6 tires are new Firestone tires installed by Esserman Sept 2021 with less than 270 miles on them $3,600. All repairs were done in mid 2021. Generator was overhauled and actuator replaced on outside & inside steps $1800. New HWH Jack leveling touch panel P/N AP29691 $468. Over $19,000 of solar panels including $1,250 each state of the art lithium batteries X 4. Totally set up for boondocking. Full deluxe basement with 4 pull out compartments. Tested to -15 degrees outside temperature without any problems. New electric fireplace, new full size refrigerator, new microwave, new 46" Samsung QLED 4k Smart TV with lift, and a 59" Panasonic TV on bedroom dresser. Full washer/dryer hookup in corner bedroom closet. Also a $400 Garmin RV Camper 785 7" screen.
