2004 30 ft Travel Trailer. Has fairly new flooring put in, the tile/carpet in the main living area has been pulled up, furniture removed. It is in need of some repairs inside. This would be a good fixer upper for someone starting out, a renovation/remodel project or a good unit for a hunting camp or to rent out. If you have any questions please feel free to ask me. It has 4 good tires, 3 out of 4 good jacks, 1 needs repair, has a new water heater, the trailer power needs to be repaired, the water runs fine on it's own ifconnected to city water, if need water heater then like said the power needs repair. If paying Fully through Ebay Payments that is fine. If paying COD or Money Order upon Arrival, you need to discuss this with Me before Arriving, either way so we can Coordinate a time and day for You to Pick up the Trailer. You will need some kind of Towing Trailer Lights Kit because the Trailer Tail Lights don't work. Must come pick up or hire shipping to come pickup. Uship etc.
