It is comprehensive, covers all the expensivesystems – drivetrain, appliances, A/C, Washer/Dryer, etc. Upon closing of the saleI will transfer the warranty to the new owner and prepay 3 months additionalpremium, giving the new owner peace of mind if a significant mechanical issuesurfaces (if I were to bet, I’m wagering the care and maintenance this coachhas had will result in many years of enjoyment with nothing more than routine maintenance The extra 3 months of warranty coverage letsthe new owner determine the value of carrying the warranty beyond the prepaid periodwithout the added pressure of time to make a decision.
