The tires are new, with a spare mounted inside a fiberglass compartment on the rear. The coach also has a tow package. For outside camping comfort, there is a shower, TV hookup, an awning, plus one more covering the slideout. Inside tilt out windows. No rain inside. Never any smoking or pets inside. We bought this unit because we wanted to travel and visit friends and relatives. Unfortunately for us, came up. We have never taken any trips. This RV really wants to hit the road.
