As with any older RV with slides, you have to make sure the seals flip out properly when opening the slide-outs. There is a steel rod on board to flip the seals out if needed.Full Disclosure: This RV had 28k mile on it when I bought it in 2016. From our base in Florida and Alabama, we have driven and camped in it all over the country. It has been to up-state NY twice, Maine, Rode Island, Montana, North Dakota, Michigan, and St Petersburg FL, as well as numerous other shorter vacations. It has been wonderful with only the usual minor issues one has when taking a house on the road. It has never failed to start, and its only issues on the road have been a rear tire blow out, a radiator belt breakage, a split radiator hose, and entry door step and latch failures(replaced). A rough Alabama road cracked an under-side septic drain flange (not uncommon). I replaced the entire valve system out of concern for age. The motor and transmission have been 100% reliable, and powerful enough to easily pull our small car on a dolly, or our enclosed motorcycle trailer(Sturgis 2021). Why is my price so low? I need to sell.We recently bought a fifth-wheel toy hauler so we'll always have two modes of transportation at our destination. There are a few minor annoyances that can and should be repaired. I simply do not have the time and service here are very limited. 1.> The dash A/C is problematic. The compressor and a valve were replaced two years ago, but has since developed a very slow leak around a fitting that is part of the condenser(according to an A/C service tech). It would require a new condenser, $400 plus labor. Instead, I have just been recharging it with a Walmart refill bottle every spring or before a trip, if needed. Also, in the last month (figures) the rear roof A/C "Carrier" unit has stopped blowing cold. It is likely in need of a recharge as well. These units are sealed systems,so an A/C Tech would have to add a recharge port in order to service it. Because both roof A/C units vent into a shared in-ceiling air duct system, the entire RV still stays comfortable with only one fully functional roof unit.2.> The ""Check Engine" light is on. According to Advance Auto/Oreilly's Auto Parts, the Mass Air Flow(MAP) sensor is defective and is the single error code being reported by the system. I have replace the MAP sensor (a five minute fix) however the error code persists. It seems there as a vacuum leak somewhere in the system. The problem surfaced about a year ago, and only occasionally causes a rough idle. Otherwise, it runs perfectly. We snow-birded back to Florida this past winter and it ran flawlessly. It needs fixing.3.> Lastly, the leveling system is a bit crippled. A squirrel chewed through a sensor wire (I kid you not) on hydraulic holding tank. This sensor detects when the jacks have fully retracted by the level of fluid pushed back into the tank as they retract. I have not been able to locate a replacement sensor. Therefore, after visually inspecting that the jacks have fully retracted properly, you must simply unplug the control panel, right there from the driver's seat, five seconds. Otherwise there will be a constant jacks-down alarm as soon as the parking brake is released. With this work-around,I have successfully operated the leveling system for six years. It works.4.> The inside is beautiful, carpet and all, and one of the best designed layouts of any class A RV. However, the outside needs a really good exterior cleaning and polishing to bring back the gel coat shine. The color decals are also a bit tired and should be repainted or replaced. I simply don't have it in me.Anyone listing an older RV and not identifying the problems present is being dishonest. They all have issues.More pictures available upon request. The buyer is responsible for pickup or shipment. Payment In Full must be received at the time of pickup or prior to shipment. This RV is priced to sell. Low initial bid. No Reserve.RV Location: Leesburg Alabama, 35983Good LuckCliff
