RESERVE SET BELOW NADA VALUE!C7 Caterpillar 350hp diesel w/ 6-spd Allison transmission, 100 miles since serviced (oil/filters, replaced coolant & thermostats-preventative maintenance, fuel filter). Only 18k miles, triple slide, diesel generator (765 hours - 3 hours on service), triple slide (double in the main and single in the bedroom), lower ducted A/C, Cherry cabinets, updated flooring, TV's replaced with flat screens (not pictured), walk around upgraded queen tempurpedic mattress ($3000) everything works, NO rust (never driven in the winter or in the northern states), new MICHELIN tires ($5000) and roof was resealed last year. Overall mechanically (Engine/Chassis/all mechanicals) it's like new and in great shape. It was under warranty until last year so we had a shop go through everything and have anything with issues replaced for free. The chassis batteries are good but the coach batteries are old and will need replaced sooner than later. The interior is also in good shape also but needs a handful of new light bulbs, and needs a few blinds restrung (restringing kit included). One of the leather couches is like new and the other one has dried out and split at the seam. The Upholstery shop quoted 200 to redo it but we never got around to dropping it off so we just throw a blanket over it. Although it's a solid rig, it's not a brand new coach and it does have little cosmetic items to address but all mechanicals, engine/chassis are in top notch condition and have been regularly maintained.Please ask all questions before bidding. $1000 deposit due upon the winning bid.
