I was living full time in the RV for a year. Everything is fully functional and well taken care of. I am only selling because I have moved onto a larger living space and no longer need this RV. Clean title, no accidents. Took it on one large cross country drive and a few more shorter outings. Drove great, never had any issues with the engine. All appliances function perfectly. Recently installed a new AC motor. The only modifications I made were cosmetic, taking down the tension blinds and replacing them with curtains and adding a mount and tv behind the cab. Propane stove and water heater. Electric fridge. Generator on board. No leaks or water damage. Leaving all of the RV accessories I had with it; water hose, black/grey tank hose, hose ramp.
