Approx $1200 to fix or DIY for less. I’ve made the price lower for this reason.**replace 12”x12” plastic vents (1 is broken, recommend replacing all 3)Needs annual maintenance of roof sealing/window sealingPlease note the outside pictures with undercarriage covered is not permanent and was for winter insulation. The 1st photo is what it looks like without. This is an amazing trailer with tons of storage and space. Ideally a good tiny home.
