2005 Winnebago Journey 36G, Class A Diesel motorhome with two slides and 130K miles. This baby will go anywhere. It comes with the upgraded 350hp CAT engine. We never met a hill we couldnt conquer. For those nights without a power hookup, the Onan 7500 onboard diesel generator kept our lights on and batteries healthy on the coldest nights. When we bought it, the generator only had about 100 hours on it!! In the last few years, we have broken-in the generator nicely, and now it purrs like my cat after I give him Tuna All five deep cycle batteries (2 for the engine, 3 for the coach) have been upgraded to AGM batteries and we have kept them maintained well, and they have treated us well in return. This is a full body paint coach with an upscale, modern interior with high class amenities. It has upgraded laminate wood plank flooring, solid surface countertops, stainless steel appliances, hardwood raised panel cabinet doors, and MCD solar and privacy roller blinds. The living area is furnished with neutral grey-tone furniture including a very easy to use fabric sleeper sofa with overhead storage cabinets opposite a flip up end table and magazine rack. Sofa bed easily sleeps two, and with the location of the bathroom having dual privacy doors, having guests is a breeze. It also has a large free standing dinette table with four upholstered wooden folding chairs with overhead storage cabinets and a decorative hanging beveled wall mirror. The kitchen not only provides ample counter space with beautiful solid surface countertops and a flip up countertop extension, but with several storage cabinets and drawers, as well as a large slide-out easy access pantry with adjustable shelves, it has an abundance of storage space as well. We loaded our entire home pantry into the slide-out pantryits deceptively efficient! It also has a full wall tiled backsplash, magnetic utensil strip and a slide out cutting board. Its equipped with a double basin sink with sink covers, a single lever faucet, and a separate purified water tap, a Sharp convection microwave, an Amana oven and three burner cooktop with a folding cover, and a Norcold four door refrigerator with an ice maker. The rear master bedroom has a walk around queen size bed with a padded headboard and decorative wall mirror above the head of the bed, nightstands with storage drawers and an AM/FM/CD player with auxiliary input, overhead storage cabinets and a large under bed storage compartment. It also has a dimmable light, ceiling fan, a large wardrobe closet with bottom storage drawers, a tall wardrobe closet with a mirrored door front, and a large chest of drawers at the foot of the bed with a hanging TV cabinet with a flat screen TV. The mid-coach split pass through bathroom has a large vanity with an abundance of counter space as well as storage space with multiple drawers and cabinets, a mirrored medicine cabinet with vanity lighting, side hanging beveled wall mirrors, and a corner textured glass enclosed shower with a flip down seat and a skylight. The enclosed water closet has a nearly new porcelain toilet with overhead storage cabinets in front and behind, as well as a linen cabinet with hookups and space for a combo washer/dryer. In the cab it has leather captains chairs with a power drivers seat and passenger footrest, a SmartWheel, a color backup monitor with sound, an AM/FM/CD/Cassette player, compass/temp monitor, power sun visors, CB radio, and four Audiovox 2-way radios and charging station. The over cab entertainment center has a center hanging flat screen TV with surrounding speakers, textured glass front electronics cabinets, side storage cabinets, a DVD player, and a 10-disc CD changer. We had a pre-purchase inspection done at time of purchase addressing normal wear and tear issues, replacing and upgrading tires (now with about 30k miles but in excellent condition), etc. Also, we purchased an extended warranty addressing any maintenance issues during the full lifetime of our ownership.
