We did have a small leak in the rear of the unit that was repaired along with new sealant on all roof components. The unit has a ceiling fan near the galley to help with ventilation, it is top of the line and has a rain sensor to close when rain is detected. Awning is not the typical vinyl type material it is cloth and very classy with a remote on the keychain. Chrome alloy wheels at all four corners. When driving the unit you can feel the torque from the drivetrain.
