2007 Fleetwood Discovery 39V is an amazing RV that sold new for $212,700 and I am the second owner. Freightliner custom chassis with 330 HP diesel CAT engine with only 21,221 miles on it. Allison transmission with power platform and air suspension. Can operate on 20, 30 or 50 amp service. 7,500 WATT diesel generator with only 101 total hours on it. Full body slide on drivers side which is 30 feet long making inside very spacious with another slide on passenger side for an expanded bedroom. Tuff coat fiberglass siding with pacific blue paint. One piece TPO arched roof for good draining. AC/DC power inverter. 85 gallon fresh water tank. 50 gallon grey and black water tank. 30 gallon LP tank. 10 gallon hot water tank that can run on electric or LP gas. Full body paint with aluminum wheels. 6 new tires with only 8,000 miles on them. Four new batteries purchased in 2022. Push button electric awning with remote on front side and main entrance. Shade awnings over windows on large slide-out side. All awnings are in good condition; no rips or tears. Corian countertops in kitchen and bathroom with light Maple wood cabinets. 14 cubic ft spacious side by side refrigerator with lots of storage, also equipped with an ice maker, filter and has water and ice dispenser on front of fridge. Full functioning windows and blinds with electric ceiling exhaust fans in kitchen and bathroom. Dual Sleep Number bed with individual adjustments for air on each side of bed. Sliding privacy doors for main bedroom and bathroom. FLEXSTEEL sofa sleeper never used with air support still has tags on couch. All other furniture is FLEXSTEEL brand including heated driver and passenger seats. Passenger seat reclines and swivels making for comfortable travel and living. Built in microwave oven with convection oven option. Lots of storage inside and lighted storage in under the coach compartments. There is a washer and dryer hookup and cabinet for laundry. Central vacuum system on the rig that works great. Has keyless entry with deadbolt lock. Hardwired carbon monoxide detector. RV has never had smokers or pets. There are so many options this RV I cannot list them all. Full disclosure about the RV-A few things that could be corrected: the auto leveler does not function on the interior of RV so must be leveled from the outside toggle switches. The rear gas heat is not functioning but the front gas heat works well and the electric heat will heat the entire rig. The windows on the passenger side has fog between the double pane windows. Camera on rear of RV works well for viewing while moving or stationary and includes volume. Camera has a display monitor on the front dash for rear viewing. Check out the retail sticker when it was sold new that I included in the pictures and video. The pictures show the options and the current condition of the recreational vehicle.
