We have all of the original paperwork from when the original owners custom-built/ordered it, all service records and all manuals that go with this beauty. You can see from the pictures, this is a well maintained, preserved and beautiful motorhome. Rebuilt ONAN 5500 Generator with less than 20 hours, new water heater, 600-watt inverter and new A/C circuit board, meticulously maintained, never smoked in, no animals, carpets cleaned. Brakes replaced in 2022, tires replaced in 2017 less than 20k miles on them (still in good condition). 3 new batteries replaced in August 2023 and has not been used this season. The exterior has scratch/ding on the driver's side near the slide-out, drivers seat has small cracks in leather, there is rust inside the basement compartments and there is a small chip/crack in the windshield.
