46,742 miles. Excellent condition. Very clean interior. Drives great. Fridge, oven, stovetop. Propane tank for cooking & heat. Generator runs off the gas tank. Table and sofa fold down into beds. Loft bed with TV. Queen bed with TV in the back. Tires have lots of tread. RV battery is in perfect condition. Camper unit measures 21.5 x 8.25 ft, not counting loft bed. Bumper to bumper is 30.25ft.Couple minor issues that I'm fixing this week. The fuse for the microwave needs replacing. Propane furnace works great, but the roof A/C unit isn't turning on. I'm trying to sort it out right now. Also, a check engine light came on a couple weeks ago, even though we haven't been driving it the last few months. I just dropped it off at a garage to get fixed. I'll update this listing accordingly.Finally, two things I don't think I'm going to fix. First, one of the tinted windows is cracked. I didn't notice it until I dropped it off at the garage. I've dropped the price for that. I'll upload a photo when I pick the RV up. Second, the gauge for the propane tank isn't reading. It doesn't matter much, but the price reflects this issue.
