46,800 miles. Excellent condition. Brand new roof AC unit. Very clean interior. Drives great. Rear view camera. Fridge, oven, stovetop. Propane tank for cooking and heat. Generator runs off the gas tank. Table and sofa fold down into beds. Loft bed with TV. Queen bed with TV in the back. Tires have loads of tread. RV battery is in perfect condition. Brand new chassis battery.Camper unit measures 21.5 x 8.25 ft, not counting loft bed. Bumper to bumper is 30.25ft.The fuse for the microwave outlet needs replacing. Hoping to fix this week. Finally, three minor things I don't think I'm going to fix. First, one of the tinted windows is cracked. I've dropped the price for that. Second, the gauge for the propane tank isn't reading. It doesn't matter much since you can fill the tank to full without the gauge, but the price reflects this issue. Lastly, the patio awning needs replacing. It's worn down and torn in places. We just had it serviced. Everything under the hood works perfectly. Contact me to have a look, take it for a drive.
