Has new remanufactured turbo, all 6 new batteries, new 2000 watt inverter, complete service on all filters oil generator, new air dryer plus 8 new fittings, new AC condenser for cab. Has dish network on roof for the cab tv and one outside. 36k miles on it runs very well even has ring camera! Sleeps 6 has a washer dryer combo unit. Has 8k diesel generator. RV has 4 door fridge freezer combo with ice maker! Has central vac as well! Has combo stainless steel microwave convection oven combo in addition to oven. Leather love seat and 3 person couch that converts to a full bed has air mattress. Driver and passenger seat are leather with no rips and passenger seat turns into a recliner! Has 3 total tvs; 2 inside, 1 outside.Rv has salvage title but no issues and is currently registered in nj. Little paint cracking on driver side images attached. I have about 12k in repairs done to it with receipts to back it up. Have a 2nd house and just don’t use this much. Great for tailgating or family vacations. Has 2 slide outs one is a full wall and other for bedroom very roomy inside. Has full passenger side awning along with a small awning over entrance door. Awnings have wind sensors that automatically retract when wind gets above a certain speed. Low retail is 60k avg is 72500 I priced very fair for Thai super nice rv.
