SOLD - 2008 Roadtrek Class B with 6.0 L engine The "210 Popular" wide body model is Roadtrek's "Top of the Line" and comes with many upscale factory features: Quality materials are used throughout including Corian counter tops and cherry wood cabinets.The 9 additional inches of width allows for a deeper counter top and four deep drawers & pull out table. This van currently has two forward facing captain's seats which can swivel to face the rear. A 3rd lounge seat is included but not currently installed. An installed armoire currently replaces the 3rd seat. The power sofa in the rear can be a place to watch the included TV, provide belted seating for two passengers or makes into an 80" x 60" queen size bed. Or the sofa plus included benches can make 2 twin beds. The passenger captain's chair plus the optional lounge chair can be lowered to construct another single bed. The 210 Popular has an enclosed permanent bathroom with a door which can be closed for privacy. It has a toilet, vanity sink with storage cabinet, mirror, hand held shower and a 110v outlet. It also has a hot & cold outdoor outlet. Other standard features include a two burner propane stove, a microwave, a refrigerator which works on 12 volt, 110 volt or propane. This van has a trailer hitch, a full retractable awning and storage in the rear and sides.The 22 foot length allows convenient parking in most conventional parking spaces. In addition to these standard "210 Popular" features this vehicle has received at least $13,000 in upgrades: Tinted windows for comfort and protection from the sun, a NEW Dometic CoolCat air conditioner & heater, a Tadi Brothers backup camera, an "EasyLift" to make lifting the spare tire (and opening the back door) easier, a 110 volt outlet outside on the passenger side to use with outdoor fans, grills, lights, etc. In addition to the storable rectangular table top, a small round optional table top is offered. But probably the most valuable upgrades are the ones that don't show - but make for a smoother and safer ride - such as new heavy duty springs, a new air bag kit on the rear axle and 4 new Bilstein shock absorbers. Also new upper and lower arm units including pitman anti-bump stock which were installed in 2023. The roof has been re-gel coated. It has 4 Michelin tires. The 86,000 miles this van has been driven have been on-road and not damaging off-road miles. All belts and hoses have been replaced and fluids changed in 2023.Receipts for work done are available.RV Inspectors are welcome.We have enjoyed many beautiful trips in this RV, mostly in the US Southwest. But as senior citizens with health issues we reluctantly decided to put it up for sale.We have driven and maintained it carefully and believe everything to be in good working condition. The one exception might be the generator - which on occasion will only work for about 30 minutes. We have seldom used the generator and when we did use it 30 minutes was more than adequate.It has been parked under a roof to protect it from the sun. Several RV specific items can go with the purchase such as leveling blocks, reflecto window protectors cut-to-fit all windows, factory made dashboard made-to-fit cover, factory made screen & velcro side door and rear door covers, owner-made mosquito screens for front windows, wheel sun shields , etc.This vehicle came from the factory with three seats and we have included photos of how it looked with that configuration. But we installed the optional "closet" to hang jackets and clothes and removed the 3rd seat. Photos included. The uninstalled 3rd seat is included in the sales price as are all the cushions, curtains, shower curtain, manual and everything that came with it.The original light gray carpet has been replaced with blue carpet. Otherwise we have tried to keep it as it came from the factory.
