2009 Coachman Shasta Airflyte 12 travel trailer.**** all electric travel trailer ****- Tongue weight is 403 pounds total weight is 2486 pounds. It can be towed with most any vehicle Medium size and up.- Fully self-contained with a AC and Heat heat pump With high and low blower. Water storage tank, black water, wastewater tank, 6 gallon, hot water heater, Hot and cold sink in the kitchen hot and cold shower with toilet. , Refrigerator. Microwave, fire extinguisher, Brand new 10 year life smoke detector. - The dinette table folds into a bed, Lots of storage above and below with a closet with a coat hanger bar.- Brand new 12 V battery which will run the water pump and the interior lighting, Possibly the refrigerator I’m not sure.- Brand new generator included 2000 W, Runs everything. Has several style hook ups for generator and different campsite, hook ups with an electricity condition tester to make sure the campsite has proper grounded, electricity.- New camper tires in 2021- It has four leveling jacks, built-in, that lifts and lowers easily with a powered drill. Comes with the tool adapter to raise and lower and various wooden blocks for different ground heights.- Comes with various accessories, water filters, electric adapters, and other things that are needed.- The camper is still completely winterized with RV antifreeze.- It has two skylights, both mechanisms work fine, The outer skylight lenses are both pretty well sunburnt with some hairline looking cracks. They aren’t leaking now, but they should be replaced at some point.- Has a spare tire on the rear. All exterior and interior lighting is working. - It has a RV canopy that is in perfect working order and it also has an outdoor porch light. - The camper can be plugged in at a RV campsite with electricity, water and cable TV, Or some items can be run on 12 V, or use the included generator.- fully functional, some fading on the white parts probably could use a good waxing, The interior has a little bit of peeling on the trim edges. It’s like a wallpaper, faux Wood trim tape. Could be reglued or buy a new roll of edge tape and spend half of a day, making it perfect but still fully functional. - All you need to do is register, insure it, get tags Bring your sheets and pillows and stock it up! And go on a camping trip. It does not include a TV but that’s easily accessible. It has a place for a DVD player as well and an electric outlet where the TV will go.I can meet your shipper and can possibly deliver locally, to be negotiated.
