IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A TINY HOME WE CAN DELIVER THIS UNIT TO YOUR SITE. WE CAN NEGOTIATE THE COST BASED ON YOUR LOCATION. We are selling a 2010 Fleetwood Bounder Classic 34W. It has a 6.8L V10 motor on a Ford F-53 frame and 42,000 miles (subject to change - we are still traveling in it). It runs well and we have been very happy with it. It is an easy unit to live in. We are boing to a bunkhouse to hang out with our four grandkids. This unit has a rear bedroom and is 34'6" in length. It has 2 roof mounted A/C's, gas/electric 6 gallon quick recovery hot water heater, auto levelers, and an in-motion TV/Satellite antenna (we do not usethis item, it was here when purchased). RV has tons of basement storage space and lots of interior cabinets. It also has a small nook cabinet near the hallway for coffee maker etc. Something we don't see in a lot of units. I am a fixer, so I replace or upgrade things before they break, as I want things to always work properly (not intermittently). Three years ago I installed vinyl plank flooring, upgraded the house water pump,installed a water filter system, new electric awning, and new slide out awning material. Last year I resealed the slide out roof seams (a common leak area on all RV's), new windshield wipers, rear spring airbags for stability, new blue under step lights,replaced all interior bulbs with LED, installed new Maxxair vent covers on all roof vents, installed a better low profile TV antenna, new Sirius XM radios front and rear, new Roku Tv's front and rear. Thetires are 3 years old and were upgraded by one letter rating to confidently carry the vehicle weight limits. NOTE: The only problem I ever had in the past on any of my RV tires was due to manufacturers putting on tires based on the exact required weight rating. That is problematic, because some (most) units are right at that exact maximumtire rating which leads to flats, blow outs etc. I spend more money and get higher rated tires to mitigate that risk. I monitor all areas of the RV regularly and do annual inspections. There are no leaks and everything works as it should. I also clean debris from all window tracks and check the seals on the window flanges every 6 months. Two years ago my wife and I (tastefully) remodeled the interior with new matching covers on the dinette, window treatments, low pile carpeting, tinted windows and a memory foam mattress. There is a blow up mattress for the fold out sleeper couch and the dinette makes into a smaller bed for children. I am a former general contractor and used to work for an RV dealer. My wife is a seamstress, so everything has been done in a professional manner with relaxing colors (no bright exotic colors). All vehicle maintenance is done on Ford' required schedule (or sooner). The transmission was flushed, filled and a new filter in the beginning of 2023. One issue to consider:1) Rarely do older dash A/C units work in these truck chassis. They are made for a small cab and box truck, NOT for a large RV space. I charged the freon and over time it leaked out, so we just don't use it. Most RVr's have found out that they use less fuel, are more comfortable and have more engine power by using the generator andhouse air for cooling while driving.
