Three hot batteries on board, and this unit is ready to travel to any destination --- reliably.Small soft spot in bathroom floor present since purchase (I knew this at the time in Sep 2010). Dealer must have repaired before my purchase as condition has not grown worse in 13 years. No plumbing leaks anywhere in this rig.Rollers for bathroom door and shower door are flimsy and do not seat well onto the tracks. These cheap devices need to be replaced or reworked, but doors function in the meantime.All systems work very well (stereo, heat, A/C, select-number mattress, faucets, generator, gas stove and water heater, etc.). Regular crankcase service, and detailed maintenance records kept by owner (a mature car & motorcycle collector).
