I am offering up my prized possession. It is a 2010 Tiffin 36QSH model motorcoach with 55,000 miles. I have had it for almost a year and a half. We need to sell as we are getting married and want to buy a house. This is my second Class A coach and I love the 36 ft length. This is an older coach, but I am the second owner. The first owner was the Paul Allen family. (Yes, the Microsoft guy) It was in pretty nice condition when I bought it in Dec 2021, but as it is a motorhome, there were several things I had to do to it. - Installed MaxAire vent covers on both roof fans - Installed the SafetyPlus steering stabilizer system. - Installed Blue Ox tow bar and Air Force One braking system from Demco - Replaced all four shocks with new Koni shocks - Replaced exhaust tail pipe - Replaced all door seals on the outside storage compartments - Replaced battery slide out tray for the coach batteries - Replaced all six tires at time of purchase. The date on all tires is 2021. - Installed new TST tire temperature and pressure monitoring system. - Installed new GlowShift outside air temperature gauge. - Replaced inverter Jan 2023 - Installed GasStop safety device on the propane tank with new hose and regulator bracket. - The Cummins Onan genset model RV QD8000 has 1220 hours. I replaced the water pump, hoses, fan belt, fuel filter, coolant, oil and oil filter, and air filter, in the early part of 2022. - Replaced slide topper on left rear slide. - Cleaned and resealed roof - Replaced front A/C unit and repaired the aftermarket midsection A/C unit. - Replaced ice maker drive motor - Replaced leaking sink drain in the lavatory - Replaced leaking sink faucet in bedroom sink. (yes this coach has a lavatory in the bedroom too! This way someone can be in the toilet and the other person can still use the sink to brush teeth etc) - Replaced both thermostats with electronic from EasyTouch RV. Very nice system and easy to read. No need for a flashlight to see the thermostat. It also has the ability to be controlled from any smart phone. - Replaced leaking water valve on toilet. Also replaced all of the seals in the toilet while it was removed. Toilet is like new! And a new seat too! - Installed new water saving shower head. With this shower head we can take showers back to back and never run out of hot water. The water heater performs flawlessly. As I stated earlier, this is the QSH model Tiffin. The interior is equipped with jacknife sofa opposite a Queensize hideabed sofa. The kitchen has a three burner gas stove top, no oven. There is a convection microwave above the stove. There is a full size residential refrigerator , larger than the one in my apartment. It has ice and water dispenser in the door. The fridge is all electric, not the gas electric like you see in so many rvs. No risk of fire like with the propane models. Below the fridge is the connection for the central vac. It works very nice. The hose and attachments are stored under the bed. The toilet and sink are separate from the shower stall. This is much better than my previous coach where you had to step over the toilet to get in the shower. The bedroom has two slideouts. It has a tv and ceiling fan with stacked washer and dryer in closet. We love having a washer and dryer. We use it on every trip. This bedroom also has the extra mirror and sink so someone can do whatever they do in the bathroom, except for using the toilet, while someone else is using the toilet. We find it very handy. The bed is Queen size with storage underneath. The coach has older electronic equipment. It came with a PepWave, TracVision, Sirus XM and various other electronic stuff that I have no idea how to use. There are four TV's. Two in fwd cabin area, one in bedroom, and one outside. I have never used any of them. I assume they would work if you paid to hook up the connection, or connected to an rv park cable tv. The coach comes with two iPads that were left by the previous owner. Outside the coach there are awnings above the entry door and above the patio side of the coach. The large awning automatically deploys and stows with just a push of the button. It also has a wind sensor so it will automatically retract and stow if the wind picks up while I am out playing golf. In the forward stowage area, there is a full width sliding tray that can be accessed from either side of the coach. All stowage areas are lighted. The wet bay and forward stowage areas are heated. This coach will come with almost everything you see in the photos. We will be keeping our zero gravity chairs, they are awesome! I highly recommend you get a pair to put in your coach! This coach also has the rare, and hard to find, factory optioned spotlight located on top of the front cap of the coach. It is controlled remotely with switches on the dash. The engine is a Cummins ISC-360 (360 HP with 1050 lb/ft torque) and is paired with an Allision MH3000 automatic transmission. They have been working flawlessly for the time we have owned this coach. It pulls mountain passes with our 5000 lb SUV on the back with no troubles. The other great thing about this being an older coach is there is no DEF. Deisel Exhaust Fluid is a royal pain and added expense. This engine doesnt require it. It runs clean and doesnt smoke. I know a lot of people like seeing diesel smoke, but you dont want that covering your car thats hooked to the back of the coach. The coach has fuel fillers on both sides of the coach. This is handy when filling up at truckstops. The tank is only 100 gallons total, so it doesnt take long to fill. The range is around 600 miles, which is probably further than you really want to drive in a single day. This might be an older coach, but that just means there are fewer of those expensive electronic things to break. It's also priced at about a third of the cost of a new Phaeton! Make an appointment to see this coach! Its located in Covington WA. It is under cover in a storage lot. The best time for me to show it is in the morning hours. Bring cash and you can drive it away same day! I will even fill the fuel and propane prior to delivery!
