Please note some of the items were upgraded or changed so this is a mostly complete and accurate list.Here is a partial list of the repairs and upgrades we have done to the coach.New front and tag shocks from NewellNew engine AC compressor, same one Newell uses on the new 2023 units (hose ends had leaks so we replaced and did a new comp and drier at the same time since system was evacuated already)New #2 15K Mach 10 AC, other 3 AC's original Heat Pump ModelNew Lifeline Batteries 2 Chasis and 6 House (Nov 2020)Upgraded Silverleaf system to latest firmware, replaced main module to newest, added Wifi module, upgraded both AC modules to newest firmware to support Heatpump use #4 rear1 new Drive tire date code 31/21Rest of tires are 2018 good tread yetNewell added grease zerks to all slide hinges and greased.Added 12.9” iPad Pro dock on dash.New bay door shocks on most bay doorsNew led lighting throughout inside and outsideNew much brighter LED lights in baysAdded conduit from front cabinet to roof for future proofing adding antenna or other electronics on the roof.Newell just sealed the outer slide joints with fresh sealant (joint from outer skin and side and top skin.Starlink mount already installed on roof for stationary use.Washer and Dryer replaced couple of years ago.New induction cooktop (replaced factory non induction). 240V so both burners can be used at the same time on highAll other appliances work greatNew custom mattress same size as Newell factory mattress (66”x78”) but split with one side extra firm (Closest to bathroom) and the other side extra soft like a cloud.Upgraded 4k smart TV in bedroom.Air leaks just fixed at Newell this summer and now compressor only runs once every 2-3 hours when sitting and door not operated. (Newell is normally happy with every 45 min)
