For sale is a 2011 Outback trailer. It is a 312Bunkhouse Model. The trailer is 31ft long and can sleep 8. There are 2 slideouts, electric awning, and an outdoor kitcken (that was the selling point for us). It is currently found at Singing waters camping area where it has actually been considering that we bought it. We have it set up on a permenant lot. The rate consists of, the payoff of our loan and a nice rough cut storage building we had constructed by the camp owner. We also have a winter season cover that goes on every year. We have been there for 3 seasons and now we believe we could wish to take a trip without a trailer.
