OK, I'm pricing this camper to sell, $11,000 and I will through in my Equil-i-zer hitch. Sell new on amozon for $700.This price is firm, don't ask for lower price. For sale, 2011 Skyline AJLO model 189 18' camper trailer. It is in excellent condition. I have maintained the camper very well. Before last summer I recoated the roof with Henry's Tropicool, very good stuff. I did 3 coats, so the roof is set for years. At the same time I replaced the refrigerator vent cover. Replaced the A/C shroud. I have done many upgrades also.Replaced main cabin vent with Maxxair Airxcel vent fan. Bathroom with a Fan-Tastic vent fan. OME did not have fans, just vents. Also replaced the dome over the shower.Camper is set for boondocking. It has a Xantrex Freedom 2000 watt inverter/charger with 280 amp LifePO4 battery and Daly 200 amp BMS. Will run the micro wave. Also a Victron battery monitor.Husky Super Brute 4000 pound tongue jack.It has a Micro-Air Easystart installed on the A/C. So A/C will run with only a 2000Watt generator.As for maintenance done on the camper:The brake shoes [self adjusting], drums and wheel bearings all replaced about 9000 miles ago.New tires. Carlisle Radial Trail HD 205/75/R14. Only about 2500 miles on them.New propane switch over valve.Replace electric powered awing material.The camper is a high end modal. The cabinets are all real wood. The pluming in the camper is all done correctly with compression rings and Plex piping. Queen size memory foam mattress.
