Four brand new tires ($447), new LED taillights, and a new power awning ($1100) just installed. Features include: microwave, two propane tanks, stove/oven, furnace, a/c, electric heater/faux fireplace in living area that provides excellent heat and ambience, stereo, TV, two roof vents/fans, large dual power fridge & freezer. No warranty but will demo any functions for buyer as desired. Floors are solid and floor coverings are in good shape with two small tears in kitchen linoleum.
