Our kids have grown up and moved out and we're not using this trailer any more so we've decided to sell. Perfect size for a young family. It has a queen sized bed at the front and bunks in the rear. We've kept this very clean inside and out. Everything works! Title in possession. Tags are good through August 2024. Features:* Box Length: 27 feet (Overall about 33 feet)* Dry weight: 5,998 pounds.* Hitch weight: 763 pounds* Single slide* Dual propane tanks.* 50 Gallon fresh water tank* 75 Gallon grey water tank* 40 Gallon black water tank* Power awning* Stove/Microwave/Refrigerator* Air conditioning & Furnace* Water heater* I've upgraded all interior light to LED's. Much better battery life! Issues* Original tires. They still look good but since they're over 10 years old they need to be replaced.* Sun damage - The decals towards the rear of the trailer are showing significant sun damage. See pictures.* Awning starting to delaminate - See picture.* Cracks on the fenders - See picture.* The seal at the top of the slider is disintegrating.* Needs a new battery.
