Damage appears to be mainly the rear wall as well as around the door frame. That being said if you are handy with tools and are up to a repair like that you can pick up a great family camper at a fraction of the cost of other RV’s of this size. Or don’t repair it and use it out in the woods for a pit stop on those long hunting trips. Plenty of options and life left in it. Other rooms are in good shape. Will just need some TLC. Does have a new battery in it. All 3 slides are in good working order and freely go in and out. Comes with 3 working TV’s (living room, bedroom, outdoor kitchen). Have clear title in hand.
