Reason for Selling: After upgrading it for the entire time I owned it, we moved into a condo from a large property where the Monaco was easily stored. (It's now being kept indoors at a climate-controlled indoor storage facility, 30-min drive from the condo.) Issues:None; Everything is mechanically and electrically sound. No airbag leaks, all good. Repairs / Improvements / Modifications - Toyo tires installed June 30, 2021 by Les Schwab Manteca, CA, - Monaco-Watts chassis stability system installed front and rear by none-other than Mike Hughes in 2021. - Safe-T-Steer steering stabilizer installed in 2022. - Bulletproof EGR cooler installed @ 13,300 miles. This, along with the Kleenoil system (next bullet) and the hydrogen injection system that results in cleaner burning diesel, should remove all the expensive headaches associated with the original Navistar MaxxForce 10 engine. This improved engine should be trouble-free for you. - Truck sized Kleenoil complete oil filtration system installed @ 13,300 miles. - Dry Cell Hydrogen injection installed - 10.49 mpg @ 65 mph level road w/no TOAD, full fuel & water, full cabinets and full bays. 8.53 mpg @ 70 mph. (These figures are from gallons burned between fill-ups - not merely using the built-in mpg gauge.) - Wet Cell Hydrogen injection system for Onan generator installed. (Runs quieter with little-to-no diesel exhaust smell.) - Four Lifeline GPL-6CT 6-Volt AGM batteries connected series/paralell. - Renology 500A Battery Monitor with Shunt installed, monitor installed for convenient viewing right next to main control panel in hallway. Koni shocks installed. - Wall slide-out rebuilt (new cabling, pulleys, and rollers) in 2021 by Elite RV in Oregon to address original crappy construction by the then-crappy 2012 bankrupt Monaco company. - New dinette slide-out motors installed and properly adjusted (see previous bullet about Monaco). - Bright white Slide-out shades installed May 2022. - 12 gallons bright white Ziollo liquid silicone RV roof sealant applied May 2022. (Along with the white slide-out shades, result is nearly 20 degrees F. cooler interior temps in hot summer sun with no AC running). - Roof is pre-wired for Solar panels, so no need to penetrate the roof except for attaching solar panels. - Both roof ACs replaced new in summer 2022 with a better design. - Intake plenums modified to move air faster with far less drag on the air flow thru the system. Result is the ceiling AC vents really move some chilly air. - Both roof ACs have Soft Start RV units installed. Enables you to run one AC on a 15-amp circuit or both on 20 amp circuit. Aside from that, the roof ACs should last much longer as a result. - TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System) installed, with display readout mounted on dash. - Better rearview camera installed in 2022, including camera facing forward on right side (to eliminate blind area on right side - which could hide a pedestrian or bicyclist from view). - Leak-stop safety valve with gauge installed on propane tank. - New high-quality Queen bed mattress installed in place of the standard King. The frame was expertly modified for the smaller footprint, making the bedroom space so much more comfortable to walk around without having to squeeze by and bump against the sliding mirrored closet doors at the rear. - Multiple issues on interior addressed (e.g., kitchen sink, cabinets, doors, microwave mount, electrical, etc.) and rebuilt properly (see previous bullets about the 2012 Monaco company). New Samsung 48" OLED TV installed in 2022 on a swivel mount that allows it to be swung out for a better viewing distance and angle while sitting on the sofa. Has arguably the best speaker system integrated to the TV bottom - doesn't need an added sound bar!
