EDIT: Still available, however, sale is on hold due to a long planned trip.The plan is to return mid-June, should be available then. 2012 Newmar King Aire 4584 bath and a half.Maintained to the best standards, 67k miles, originally ordered with $72k in options. 1st year for the new front end that carried until 2016.Standard with the 600 hp Cummins ISX-15 engine, 6 speed 4000MH transmission, 3 slides (one full wall on driver side) , 12.5kw generator, 200 gallon fuel tank, Silverleaf, and TONS of other features.Nothing is out of date with maintenance.If you are a serious buyer, you have to see this in person. Obviously not the lowest priced King Aire on the market, but with the lower priced ones (wholesaled units), you will be chasing your tail trying to figure out what has and hasnt been done. Then spend a bunch of money fixing non-working / broken and unmaintained items.A few of the recent service items:Alignment and new steering bellcranks at JOSAM 2023 (these dont normally get any attention on other coaches), Oil, filters, belts, fluids all changed on an annual basis. Engine fuel pump pushrods updated from the ceramics to stainless steel (ceramics can shatter and destroy the oil system and engine), FASS fuel pump/filter system (also makes filter priming a breeze), oasis burner complete service with new boiler fluid. Chassis batteries 2022, house batteries 2023. Transmission fluid + filters changed as well as steering hydraulic oil+filter, cooling fan gearbox oil, and rear end fluid.Front tires were replaced 2023, rears and tags 2018's (tread is perfect), and front clip has new Diamondshield with the King Aire letters. I also updated the silverleaf with the VMS-350, so full access to the systems from the driver seat. This gives the driver the ability to do everything that the other 2 silverleaf touchscreens offer but while in the driver seat (all of the new luxury Newmars have this). Kenwood DNX997XR stereo that offers carplay, navigation, and built in dash camera. More options include Vorad adaptive cruise control, comfort steer (newmar exclusive), and steering wheel controls. Magneshade front windshield screen keeps the sun out, and is very easy to put on. Proteng fire suppression tubes in several compartments.Silverleaf controls most of the house systems, with the remote Rosie feature. Rosie allows for complete control via wifi. Change the temperature, start the generator, turn on the oasis, or control the floor heat.3 roof Dometic air conditioners cool and the coach, then the Oasis unit can also provide heat when it's really cold .LED strip lights on Girard awnings that are Bluetooth controlled ( Boogie Lights). Dual zone Bluetooth Dometic cooler in underneath bay, pressure washer, water softener, and spot free water deionizer tank. Entertainment aspect, TracVision RV1 in-motion satellite receiver, Winegard 3 LNB HD antenna (while parked) all working with Dish network. All 4 TVs use HDMI for feeds from the source. Pepwave Max Transit WiFi unit that feeds a 3 eero mesh system that keeps all of the devices within range almost everywhere. Yo-link power failure with high and low temperature alarms via wifi. Salon furniture is original Villa, with the exception of the removal of the sleeper sofa on driver side and replaced with a set of Villa theater recliners that have been matched to the same material as the other furniture. Theater seating is much better viewing of the salon televator TV and listening to the bose surround stereo system.Then there's storage... We have accumulated stuff for 6 years now and still have more room. Tons of cabinets, pantry next to the refrigerator has 5 big drawers, next to that the smaller one has 6 drawers. This was one of the options from Newmar, otherwise you get a small tv stand. Bay storage 2 pass thru electric sliding trays and 2 manual half bay sliding trays.There are a lot more features, so ask questions, Im happy to reply.EDIT: We are back in Charleston, forgot to add Tyron Bands in front wheels, all tires have TPMS which displays on dash thru the Silverleaf VMS. We have enjoyed this coach for the past 6 years , its taken us over the country in comfort and anyone who gets this will agree that the power and size of this coach is unreal. Pass those 18 wheelers without problem, climb those hills with ease, sleep in the comfort of luxury. No trades.Asking $295,000 Located Charleston, SC
