Our camper is in excellent condition for being 10 years old and has been well maintained throughout it's life, but it's now too big for our family now and we're downsizing our truck and trailer. This trailer started out in AZ with us and has moved with us to NY. It is 31 feet, 9 inches long and sleeps a total of 10 people. It was purchased by us in 2021 and we toured the southwest with it and brought it to NY when we moved as temporary housing for a couple weeks when we were purchasing our house. It is larger inside than most studio apartments and comfortably slept our family of 4. We have never had any water leaks nor issues with the major systems. It's been always properly winterized for winter storage both in AZ and in NY. Any issue we had with it was always taken care of. The fresh water tank has been insulated to further keep it from freezing. Main Features we like about it:- Twin bed bunk beds- Queen Master bed with memory foam topper- Jackknife sofa- U-Shaped Dinette with collapsible table for more sleeping room- Full bath with it's own exterior door- Powered Living area slideout doubles the interior space- Powered awing will need a repair as wind caught it and bent one of the poles. Extends and retracts without issue- Aluminum wheel upgrade and tires were done in 2021 and have less than 10k miles on them and new spare- Has a clear AZ title, with no liens, notarized and ready for transfer. This trailer was ordered with a lot of optional features and dealer upgrades including:- 12v propane floor ducted heater and overhead ducted 15k BTU central AC system. Both work properly and serviced last summer.- 32 inch TV- 3-zone audio system with two-zones inside inside and speakers outside- Outdoor shower is great for camping at the beach and not tracking sand inside- Hybrid 6 gallon Electric/Gas water heater- Electric stabilizing jacks- Electric hitch jack with light- Load leveling hitch with anti-sway bar- Black Diamond shield in front protects from rock chips- Dual 14 gallon propane tanks with rear grille connector Specs:Dry Weight: 6800lbs GVWR: 9800Hitch Weight: 900 lbsFresh Water Capacity: 52 gallonsGray/Black Tank Capacity: 42 gallons
