This is a 2013 Keystone Montana 285RLD Mountaineer edition. It is super clean! Tons of storage throughout the camper inside and also large basement storage outside. It accommodates a king bed but currently has a very comfortable Sealy Queen mattress. It's got a washer dryer combo unit that works great. Oversized refrigerator, oversized stove. Both the tires and the two coach batteries are from 2020. The roof has been well maintained and resealed yearly as needed. It just had a buff wax job. Toilet is fairly new. Shower area is very roomy with built-in shelves and sitting area. Very well insulated for both hot and cold climates. Lots of kitchen counter space. Nice fireplace that also puts out lots of heat. Ceiling fan with remote control. Brand new smart TV in bedroom, larger TV in living room. I will throw in a one year old generator for 30 amp I do have the 50 to 30 amp connector. I will also throw in a 50 amp Hughes Auto reformer surge protector that has Bluetooth capabilities that will tell you what your voltage and wattage, amps etc and if anything is out of range or unsafe for your RV it will shut the power down until it is rectified and will automatically turn the power back on. The surge protector is only one year old and I paid $277 on Amazon. The generator is also about 1 year old I don't recall what I paid for it but it's from Costco a Westinghouse.
