This is a one family-ownedtrailer which was originally purchased in Montana and built in Oregon. It nowresides in Maryland and is being sold for the family.NO TRADESThere are many upgrades which were professionally installedand include such as the Onan 5.5 kw generator and (3) 145w solar panels topower the (5) rechargeable lithium batteries.It was last winterized in 2016 and shows no evidence of waterleakage/damage or piping problems. The heat & A/C function normally off ofthe propane, all of the interior lights and appliances work. The exterior looksgood but needs a good cleaning. The awnings above the slide outs look weatheredand should probably be replaced. The main awning works fine and was replacedseveral years ago.The “taped” hatch under the unit appears to have been usedto wire the generator and batteries. There is a documented and detailed notebook which comeswith the Arctic Fox which includes all of the manuals and even the dealerinvoice.Please note that I am not a camping person, and I will tryto answer all questions to the best of my ability.ALSO NOTE THE 5TH WHEEL HITCH FOR THE TRUCK BEDIS NOT INCLUDED.
