2014 Itasca Navion IQ motorhome, in excellent condition. This is a Class C 25 ft. RV, with a Mercedes chassis. 6 cylinder diesel engine. Great mileage and a smooth ride. This is a one owner Florida RV, we moved from Ohio a few months after purchasing it. The camper has never seen winter, and has always been stored inside. This RV is super clean and has been very well cared for. It has just over 66,000 miles, with 200 hours on the (LP) generator. Highlights include two slideouts, rear and driver side. This motorhome sleeps 4, with queen bed in rear and sleep sofa with air mattress in front. Kitchen has a two burner propane stove, microwave and fridge/freezer. Dual sinks and plenty of storage cabinets. Bathroom also has storage with linen closet and medicine cabinets. Two TVs, one in front on swivel stand and one in bedroom. Sun and privacy shades throughout plus night shades for the front cab. Automatic slideout patio awning. Plenty of outside storage compartments.Vehicle Info:All services have been performed at Mercedes dealers.Mercedes factory recalls were performed including a new exhaust system in 2022, apparently to change the type of sensors in the emissions system, and wheel speed sensors and associated wiring were replaced.A Winnebago recall was performed some years ago on the LP gas system.The following items have been replaced:Air conditioner (replaced under warranty, 2016?)Refrigerator in 2020Tires-6 new at aprox 60000 miles. Two continentals on front, 4 Firestones on rear.Most all systems and devices in the camper work just fine, including AC, heat, hot water heater, lighting, generator, inverter plus bathroom and kitchen fixtures. There are a couple of minor things in the RV that don’t work. The DVD player in the radio/audio system in the rear no longer works. The audio part of that system still works, and you can play audio via bluetooth thru the cabin. The dashboard radio/GPS/DVD is fine. There are two small speakers on the outside of the RV that do not work.The sunroof with shade, located behind the front seats doesn't work quite right. The clear lid is supposed to raise and lower electrically, but it requires some manual assistance to go up. It will stay up once it’s raised. When it is lowered, care is needed to be sure that it locks down, or it will raise slightly while driving and reduce the effectiveness of the air conditioning. The hinge is on the front edge, so even if unlocked it will not catch the wind and raise very much. This is not a water leak issue at all – the lid is like a flat box with about 2” edges which overlap the housing.We added a 4” PVC pipe under the rear of the RV, to hold a better tank/sewage hose than the original, so that the hose doesn’t need to be in the storage compartments. This pipe can be seen in the photos. The pipe includes an elbow with several options to connect with tank drain stations. The pipe has a row of holes down its length so the hose dries out. The pipe has worked very well for us but would be easy to remove.
