This RV/Van located in Largo, Fl., is in excellent + condition and comes with an extended warranty until December 2024. The warranty will assure you peace of mind against unexpected repairs. Also, the Mercedes chassis was built in 2014 but Roadtrek didn't finish retrofitting the van and selling it until 2016. It is so very convenient to have your camper and car all in one. She tows up to 7,000lbs, in case you want to bring a car or boat along on your adventure too. When we want to go exploring, we pull out one plug (electrical), and off we go. Parking is a breeze in regular parking spaces. In fact, even in downtown Bar Harbor, Maine, we got right in, and spent the day enjoying the surroundings. We get between 18-21mpg on the road with her and she rides like a dream. At campsites, we watch other campers spending hours leveling, connecting etc. We back in and hook up our electrical cord. That's it! Sometimes we hook up to water but because she is self contained, it's not necessary. She has all the whistles and bells. Boondocking is a breeze as she has the upgraded solar panel charging system. Roadtrek does an amazing job retrofitting these vans. Some of her features are, raidiant under the floor heating, air conditioning, huge NEW refrigerator and freezer, under the hood generator/alternator, convection/oven microwave, bathroom with shower, stove, stainless sink with instant hot water. Her cabinets are absolutely gorgeous with lots of storage space. She has NEW tires and NEW Captain chair seats (3) upholstery. She includes a front and rear dining area option including two removable tables, smart power inverter, rear power King bed, day and night window blinds, screened windows that open up, water heater, water system, HD flat screen TV, surround sound system with DVD player, electric awning with outdoor porch light, rear and sliding door snap in screening, overhead roof vent with power control to circulate air. This power vent is amazing as it has a water detector and shuts iitslf down when it begins to rain.
