The van natively does not have propane but runs on eight (8) AGM batteries which charge via a generator in the engine bay. It can also be charged directly via a wall socket. However, if one is boon docking (no hookups) Usage - I have travelled about once or twice a year on medium to long road trips, and also used it for commuting briefly and parked in a corporate parking lot. The van is very easy to drive, and one could park it within a standard parking spot (as seen in one of the pictures). The E-Trek motorhome from Roadtrek is both environmentally conscious yet offers luxury and function. Front dinette you can easily sit and eat at the table or use the table to play a board game on with your guests.
