I am selling a Brand new 2014 Timber Ridge 270DBHS travel trailer. This trailer is 31 ft. long from the hitch, and I pull this with standard Chevy Silverado 1500 easily. This travel trailer is rated for four seasons , as is ready to go whenever you want to take it. This trailer has a solar panel on the roof that trickle charges two deep cycle 12v Interstate batteries while you are camping. The entire trailer runs off 12v power except for the fridge and microwave, as the microwave is 110 but the fridge can be ran off propane or 110. The TV is even 12 volts, along with all the high efficiency led 12v lighting through the entire trailer. I personally have only camped in this trailer 4 times as it is brand new, but I have been able to last about 2 full days without a generator, and thanks to the solar panel. This trailer comes with on demand hot water, just like brand new houses have, therefore you have unlimited hot water. Also, the entire inside of the trailer has a Jensen surround sound system with a Jensen 12v LED TV and a 12v Jensen cd/dvd/radio head unit to control everything. This trailer sleeps up to 10 people, as it has two full size bunk beds, a U-shaped dinette that turns into a full size bed in width and king size in length, a sofa that turns into a queen sized bed, and a queen sized bed in the bedroom. Lastly, this thing has a 7 year bumper to bumper warranty that was purchased for over $3,000 dollars, and will fix anything that goes wrong!I am giving a free Husky hitch with sway bars, which I purchased over $600 dollars, and it takes off 800-XXXX lbs off a truck which helps a lot with balance and weight. I could go on and on about the amenities this trailer has to offer. If you are interested at all, let me give you a full walk through and show you why this trailer manufacture is better than anything in Alaska. The 2014s have all the new amenities over older models, not to mention, I am the only one in the state with the 2014 Timber Ridge 270DBHS bunk model. The price speaks for itself after you see it!
