2015 Ford Transit 250 Conversion Van - V6 Gas/Flex engine, RWD. This van is AWESOME! I am pretty sad to see it go but it doesn't get the use it deserves these days with travel being difficult with my job. This van has a number of excellent features for both off-grid use or plugged in anywhere you may be. 360W of solar panel on the roof fed through a solar controller charges 2 12V marine batteries for the cabin power. With 1200W of AC inverter power, you have plenty of juice to run stoves, power tools, fans, or anything your heart desires. Several standard-size household outlets can be found throughout the van. Passenger seat has a swivel on it for additional seating when parked. The back has a Maxx Air 12V fan installed for excellent airflow through the cabin. Fully leak-free roof :)There is a significant amount of storage in this van! 4 overhead compartments on the driver's side have enough room for your camping and dining essentials. Below the seats are 4 larger compartments to carry larger, bulkier items. There are also 2 drawers accessible from the back that currently house extra hardware and utility items. The black cabinet (DIYed so a little rustic) houses the 12V fridge/freezer, hot plate cooktop, and toaster oven. These items will be included in the sale! The sink is run off a 12V pump and uses 6 gallon water containers for fresh and waste. The table and seats in the back transform into a queen-sized bed in just a minute or two. Each window in the cabin has really nice pull-down blinds for privacy and darkness at night. Easy to set everything up for camping in 5 mins or less for a good night's sleep! This van would be awesome for a solo traveler or couple that want to get out in the wild for a great price and enjoy a few amenities while they're at it.Aesthetic-wise, the van is majority DIY so some minor imperfections may be present - but that also contributes to some of the rustic feel of it. Mechanically, the van is in excellent shape and starts up every time. Cruise control was added to this van for ease of highway driving.
