The Michelin Agilis tires are in excellent condition, 2 years old with 9300 miles on them. It has Firestone Rite Rite air helper springs in the rear. The unit has an EEZRV Tire Pressure monitoring system included. The unit is equipped with an Arctic pack for winter camping. There is an outdoor shower at drivers side rear. The bed has a custom Serta mattress. Eight custom made oak faced drawers are installed in the closets for additional storage. The unit has a side-by-side refrigerator and freezer and an adjoining 4 shelf slide out pantry. The Frigidaire microwave oven is also a convection oven. There is a 3 burner gas stove in the kitchen along with a double sink. There is a 42" TV in living area, a 19" in the bedroom and a 32" outside. Dish satellite HDTV antenna, receiver and hard drive for recording included. The Onan RV OG 4000 generator has 161 hours on it. The awning was replaced in November of 2020. The full slide motor was replaced in April of 2019 and the hot water tank was replaced in April of 2022.The engine battery was replaced in August of 2022 and the two deep cycle batteries for internal use were replaced in June of 2023. With full disclosure in mind, there is a tear in the seam of the fold down couch. Blue Ox tow bars and Brake buddy remote braking system available separately if interested.
