Numerous features include auto leveling Jacks, powered patio awning, porch light to name a few.One large slide out creates a large area in the dining and living room area for the family. For sleeping there is a Sofa bed, Dinette bed, Loft Bed and also the Main bedroom, lots of space for the grand kids.Two TVs, one in the Bedroom and the other (New) in the living area, Range (never used), Fridge/Freezer all in excellent shape. There is a walk thru bath to the main bedroom with a folding separate door for privacy, wardrobe storage in the bedroom and lots of storage throughout the living area. New Michelin tires (Tire date May 2021), New house batteries (2022), all other maintenance up to date, call me at 423-306-XXXX if you have questions. The Motorhome is always serviced and a Good Sam Ext. Warranty available to transfer. Lots of other amenities for water electrical, cable, New Full RV Cover, too many to get in this advertisement.
