This RV is really clean. Has slightly been used and traveled. It has a sleeping capacity of 11 people. Two slide outs, an outdoor tv entertainment center with an awning, three TVs inside and it has an auto hydraulic leveling system. The cushions on the couch have started flaking the vinyl and the table has started flaking the coating that they put on those. I am currently in the process of trying to get those repairs made. Other than that it’s in very good condition, cleaned and ready to go RVing! On Aug-30-23 at 12:05:37 PDT, seller added the following information:Update: All of the cushions and mattresses for the bunks are be reupholstered at the moment. I took them in to see about getting repaired. The upholstery shop explained that the original materials they use are nothing more than a cheap fabric coated with a cheap vinyl product and any harsh cleaning agents and heat will deteriorate them. So they are being replaced with a good durable material that will last a long time.On Sep-05-23 at 19:42:24 PDT, seller added the following information:Update: Photos are added of the newly reupholstered seats and cushions. They look really good and are much better than the originals. On Sep-11-23 at 10:06:37 PDT, seller added the following information:Update: This RV has an NADA of around $85k give or take with exceptions. This one is in very good condition and very road ready and road worthy. I just spent $4k on the upholstery. I’ve looked at numerous ones for sale that look just like mine did. This new upholstery will not flake like all the others you see. Just wanted to pass that info along. The engine was serviced last summer and no miles have been on it since the service. I replaced the battery for the vehicle then as well. The three batteries in the cabin were replaced the summer before. I just flushed and sanitized all water tanks a couple of months ago. Replaced the fresh water filter and filled the fresh water tank. The AC works really well! Thanks for looking and bidding. Will assist in delivery of vehicle if needed for additional fees.
