I am selling due to health issues that no longer allows me to travel. I am the second owner and purchased it two years ago. The Arctic Package is super as it survived the Texas blizzard with not one issue. (better than my house did) Very clean with upgrades. I added an AC unit so now the unit comes with 2. Sleeps 5, brand new sofas, never been used. (1 queen hide-a-bed sleeper and one sofa). New queen bed mattress (never been slept on). Surround system theater system works perfectly as does the fireplace. Both propane and electric appliances (all in perfect working order). Like new awning. Has been very well maintained, including all piping has been upgraded to PEX piping. Automatic leveling is a dream. No accidents or dents. There is nothing missing. I welcome all serious buyers.
