This easy towing trailer (I pulled it from South Carolina to Arizona with my 2020 Subaru Ascent with no problems) is in good condition and I recently tested the brakes (replaced in 2020), A/C, Heater, Refrigerator/Freezer (freezer pulled down to 9 degrees overnight), Power Awning, Microwave, Stove, Water Pump, Lights, and Shower Exhaust fan and all worked as intended. The battery is brand new and both LPG tanks have gas in them.The floor plan says this trailer sleeps 4 but there is only 1 queen size Murphy bed so I really think it only sleeps 2 unless they count 2 small kids sharing the bed with Mom and Dad.The exterior paint shows some sun fading (trailer was wet when I took the photos as I had just washed it) and the two front leveling jacks are functional but the screw shafts are slightly bent and I would replace them at some point in the future.There is a lot of storage in the trailer and the refrigerator is bigger than typical found is a smaller trailer like this one and has a separate freezer. The kitchen includes 2 roll out shelves for added convenience and a sink cover/cutting board to expand your counter space.There is an outdoor shower as well which is handy to wash off the sand before tracking it inside and there is a LPG quick connect fitting conveniently located on the side to connect your propane grill.I am including all my accessories including the pictured stainless propane grill, grill table with side shelves, indoor/outdoor folding table, Power monitor and adaptors, fresh water hose and filter, all normally needed sewer hoses and connectors as well as a wash out hose, plus more.This trailer is located in the Phoenix area and the buyer is responsible for local pick up or shipping.On Jan-30-24 at 18:21:20 PST, seller added the following information:I forgot to give the approximant dimensions of the living area of the trailer. It is approximately 8 feet wide, 15 feet 7 inches long and 6 feet 7 inches high. Clearance height is a little over 10 feet.
