We are the second owners we purchased this unit for a summer tour crossing the US traveling roughly 11000 miles in 2 months, and the unit performed great. I was the sole driver and responsible for maintenance and upkeep while under my charge, Im a retired Class A Commercial Driver so I do not compromise when it comes to Periodic maintenance, service, and safety. The unit has three slide-outs two on the driver's side and one slide-out on the passenger side. The exterior is the original finish gray, black, and silver swoosh design, it was wrapped in vinyl for the tour so all logos and branding have been removed from the coach there are visible marks and burns in some spots on the paint from the wrap removal still finish is in overall good condition. it boasts an outdoor 32 TV and blue tooth stereo. Hand-held shower and a propane hook-up for your outdoor grill. The propane tank capacity is 18 gallons. As for the interior, this RV the 35B B is for a Bunkhouse, it is a bath a half model and contains a powered drop-down twin-sized bed in the front. the main bedroom has a wall of drawers, a closet, and a small TV (27"), it is a residential queen-size bed (60X80) with storage underneath. the main room also contains a queen blowup sleeper sofa pretty standard, the dinette table also converts into a small bed with storage under the seats, and a set of double bunk sleeping births mid-body passenger side in the slide-out making it an 8/9 person sleeper. She has a 50-inch main TV. In the kitchen area, there is a large double refrigerator/freezer with an ice maker the frig runs either electric or propane. The stove has three top burners and a small oven. while the brand-new unused microwave is also a convection oven. In addition double sink, it has nice cabinet pantry space, and storage space throughout. The half-bath is equipped with a newly installed toilet (July 2023), a nice sink, and a medicine cabinet, while the full bath also sports a brand-new unused porcelain toilet, sink, and a roomy shower. The bedroom has a 32-inch television, which brings the total number of televisions in this coach to three. The Onan Cummings Generator has 1070 hours on it with all the regular services performed. these gennies are known to go 12,000 hrs plus. She is equipped with two rooftop AC/Heating units.The unit has 1 fresh water tank of 80 gallons and two gray and two black water tanks of 40 gallons each as well, I just recently replaced the dump valves on the rear black and gray tanks. This all sits on a 6.8 liter Triton V10 Ford with 320hp and 460ftlbs torque 80-gallon fuel tank, with slightly more than 40,600 miles on it. this coach has a tow package installed. the unit has ample pass-through lower box storage. Tires, the fronts have roughly 12000 miles on them and the rears have about 6000 miles on them. All amenities such as the slide-outs, exterior awning, and the leveling jacks work great and are fully automatic. It is equipped with Bluetooth audio the list goes on and on.
